Jordan Court is located in beautiful Downtown Kent, close to the KSU campus and on the bus line. Surrounded by lush trees and green space, Jordan Court allows for quite study time and is also close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. 

We offer one and two bedroom remodeled suites with prices starting from $495 for a one bedroom to $615-$650 for a two bedroom. All suites offer newer energy efficient windows with blinds, ceramic floors, newer carpeting, updated lighting and full size appliances.

We are a cat friendly community, so bring your kitty. We require a $300 pet deposit ($200 refundable)and $10 per pet per month pet rent. Check out our new video on a one bedroom:
